Unique Bags.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Please take time to read the following information, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your bag.
UK customers should receive their orders within 7 working days, but please allow 14days. I will e-mail you when your order has been dispatched.
Postage and packaging to the UK is FREE! I use Royal Mail 'Signed For' delivery which includes insurance. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
Overseas orders will be quoted individually, and sent using International 'Signed for' delivery which also includes insurance.
Payments can be made by credit or debit cards using secure online payment through Paypal. If you prefer, you may send a personal cheque to the address shown on my 'contact me' page. In this case please allow a further 7 days for your cheque to clear and do e-mail me so I can reserve your chosen bag.
Please note that while every effort has been made to represent my bags accurately, the images on screen may not show the exact colours.
I have personally made each individual item myself, and take great pride in my work. If however you are not delighted with your bag, please return it to me within 7 days in the original packaging and including your invoice for a full refund. Since I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post you must use Royal Mail signed for delivery. The cost of return postage must be borne by the customer.
If at any time after purchase your bag suffers an injury please contact me with details and I will do my best to restore it for you.
